I'm sure no one even checks this blog anymore, since it's been years since I've written a new post. Because most of the images were hosted elsewhere (in order to make them larger) and that elsewhere account no longer exists, all the links are broken. I'd like to restore them, but that's a very time consuming endeavor. For now, I'll just add this message in case inactivity results in deletion entirely!

We have at least temporarily outsmarted the squirrels with the bird feeder, so they are having to content themselves with the seeds that fall on the ground.
